Although our unwanted 3D printer was too big to ship out, Flashforge was kind enough to still allow us to receive the $100 discount code. We run a print farm with the Flashforge 5M and the AD5X. They are amazing little machines. And the customer service that we receive from Flashforge is always top notch.

I encountered an issue with the touchscreen on one of the printers. I emailed their support team and received a reply within an hour. When does this ever happen?
What? A free upgrade? When does that ever happen? This is completely against my experience with other 3D printer manufacturers. I'm lucky if they answer my emails, let alone do it within a couple of hours with a free upgrade. Flashforge came out with a new hotend for the AD5X 2nd run machines. I have one of the original release machines. My hotend had a tendency to clog, but this new hotend is supposed to help with those issues.
