I received a package with one item broken in it and another package was late. Literally within less than 12 hours the help team has already refunded my card and even returned to me the store credit that I had used on the order. I wasn't even expecting that back! The actual items wasn't For Days fault anyway - it was really the vendors issue! So pleased with the experience.

Recently started using trashie’s buyback bags, accruing credits to spend on amazing, sustainable merchandise at For Days. Recently, I was missing an item that I Ordered and when I brought this to the attention of the For Days staff, they worked with the vendor who quickly shipped out the missing item reconciling the situation quickly and graciously. Much appreciated really love all the intentionality behind For Days and their contractual vendors as well as The human touch that comes through even though we are using platforms there’s still warm blooded human beings who care (for their customers and the earth) on the other end! 💗🌈🌎🌱🌎🌈💗

I have been searching for a company that would recycle my clothes and I am so happy I found for days. The bags are big and you can fit so much! And the fact you get credit back to buy good quality clothes is a plus. I had an issue ordering additional bags and customer service was amazing.

This service relieved so much angst for me. I've struggled to identify how to comfortably remove textiles like old blankets and underwear, bras, etc. without trashing them. I can only donate so many sheets to a shelter, and I can't stand when people donate old kid's clothes that they wouldn't put on their own children. This service has a cost, but it also costs money and stress to add to landfill. Highly recommend, and great customer service to boot!

Used For Days twice now and both times have been great! Their customer service is quick, reliant, and very patient. Shipping a bag takes a bit of time but the deal is well worth it for the credit you get and the small hand in helping save the planet.

The customer service agent Syrah was awesome and helped me fix my problem promptly! They have fixed some of the previous bugs and issues with the site and revamped the rewards system. Overall, I still like using the credit at For Days, but I think it's nice to have credit / rewards options at other places like Subset and Mate. I like the "cotton only" bag - because I am a seamstress and that seems like a great way to recycle those cotton scraps. I'd like to see them continue to work with other ethical brands for discounts - places like Elate Cosmetics, Amour Vert, etc.

Needed to reprint my label as it was expired and my old label was taped atop the QR code (so it was “hidden” to me). I kept looking for the QR code and couldn’t find it. So I reached out to customer service via email and they helped me see where it was and I was able to reprint the label. Thank you!

I love this company. I have bought many take back bags and it's a great feeling to know my clothes will be recycled and not end up in a landfill. Some say the rewards are limited with the trashie cash and while that is true, I look at it as a bonus. I paid to have my clothes recycled and I get extra cash I can spend on offers or on their website ? Great deal. Their customer service is top notch! I will be getting more take back bags for sure :)

Was happy to find a place to recycle unusable linens/shoes/clothes/etc! Credit only covers half of the cost of outrageously expensive items. SO NOT WORTH IT!! 3 stars for recycling. 0 stars for UNUSABLE credit. $175 for a t-shirt? Um, no.
Will fill up the remaining Take Back Bags I still have, but will NOT BUY any more. SO SAD.
