I opened my order to find it was short one piece. One quick email to ForDays with the order and item info was all it took. Received an email first to let me know someone was on it then a second email with the resolution. No hassles…..yay!

I had made a mistake with my order, I selected the express check out option by mistake which didn't prompt me to double check my shipping address. Lakeitha in customer service really went above and beyond trying to remedy this for me. They contacted each individual vendor on my behalf and was able to get my order re-shipped to my updated address. Thank you for your jumping into action and helping me get the products replaced and sent to a new updated address. Lakeitha is the best.

I love the missions and purpose of the company and I feel much better getting rid of my clothes knowing that it’ll get recycled. I’m a procrastinator and took me 7 months after I registered my bags until I was ready to ship and realized that the shipping labels had expired. I contacted customer service and they (Barbara) immediately issued me new shipping labels!

I love this company. All of their products are of the highest standard. The only reason why I’m giving a 4/5 stars is because the website could use some updating. I have seen glitches or errors happen. As well as some products don’t even have a size chart. Other than those, which are easy problems, I would recommend this company to anyone!

I was unable to use the QR code on my bag to create a shipping label. Reaching out online I had my problem resolved in 24 hours!

1. It was way easier to mail back the bag than I thought. Literally you bring it to USPS and hand it to them and they do the rest, including printing the label. 2. I had lots of detailed / neurotic questions about how the process worked (just out of curiosity) and their customer service team wrote long detailed answers back right away. 3. There are actually things I want / places I like to shop in the rewards section. This may not be true for everyone, but think like higher end skin care and beauty brands that sell at Whole Foods.

We lost our labels during a move and we had the bags in our garage for a few years. Not knowing what to do about it. Then we saw the qr code and wrote to the company if we can do something after all these years. They immediately responded and provided us with new labels. Very efficient, super friendly.

Trashie is a dream. Fast, efficient, colorful, and excellent customer service. I ordered three bags and filled two…when I went to send the third a couple weeks later, the ‘deadline’ had passed, but they regenerated a shipping label for me right away and it was still free. I love what they’re helping me do for the planet, and I love the rewards!
