Do not send your money to them! They’re scammers. You’re better off keeping your money or exchanging it somewhere else. Their conversion rate is horrible. You’ll end up paying them way more than what you will get back. Also, the way they answer the phone is very unprofessional. The guy who answered has horrible customer service and said some really mean things over the phone. I’m writing this review on 10/28/2021

Unfortunately, Travis cannot read very well. He submitted an order for a very exotic currency that no other bank or currency exchange accepts. The order he submitted and printed out from our website LITERALLY SHOWED EXACTLY WHAT HE WOULD BE PAID and he was paid that exact amount via Cashapp (how he requested his payment) the same day his order arrived. He called to explain that he wanted more money for it and we told him that he knew exactly what he was being paid before he even sent it in he proceeded to say our website is confusing, misleading, etc. Our website is very simple and easy to use...even someone like Travis, that obviously cannot read can use it. His order form stated he would receive $90 for his shipment to us and his Cashapp payment was exactly $90. We did exactly what we said we would do and did it on the day his package arrived. If you weren't happy with the payout, why would you send it to i=us when you knew upfront exactly what you would be paid?
I had some old banknotes from Colombia that nobody wanted to exchange. FCCE did it soooo fast. I called them a couple of times for some questions, they were always available and very kind. I received my payment in three days after sending them the banknotes.
I had some old forgotten coins in my house and I never imagined that I could recover some of their value using this service. The shipping is super fast and the treatment is very friendly, I will repeat for sure!

Foreign Currency and Coin Exchange was great. They offer competitive exchange rates, process the transaction quickly and transfer the funds to you just as quick. The whole process was easy and the fact they have an option to send the funds direct to your bank account makes them even better. Best thing is they are U.S. based and so shipping your coins to them is minimal cost compared to other sites that are located outside the U.S.
Would not hesitate to use them again!
