Customer service is pleasant enough but I’m sorry to say the company policies are so restrictive it’s amazing anything is allowed to ship via their address. I used the service once or twice with tremendous frustration that I discontinued. After a year I figured give another try and they refused my goods (packaged food item) and cancelled again. This service is horrendous. I wish the USA service Shipito was available in singapore.

Asked them to shop something for me. So far great response time. All my follow ups were immediately responded. Items arrived a day earlier than ETA. I took away one star because they have no sea shipping option. All items are shipped via air cargo. Overall experience was satisfactory.

As your are aware, only limited Express service shipping companies carry mobile phones with batteries. Our pricing is very transparent and we offer very competitive shipping rates. Shipping was as expensive as the items I bought and one of them arrived completely smashed because there was ZERO protection. Paying $50 I would expect at least some attempt at protecting my items. They did make it right by refunding the item that broke but I still paid $75 for a single liquid lipstick. Not worth it at all.

I wish there is an option for sea freight.
There are many things I would like to buy from India but without the option of sea freight ( unlike those "Buy for me" agents from China) it makes purchases from India not worth the hassle.

I bought something I could not get anywhere else because of my country's Voltage requirements. It was a good experience overall, they were able to get all the items that I asked and it was delivered to my doorstep safely. I took one star off because I felt anxious when they were contacting the seller, it would have been nice if it was more specific like "order with seller placed", "goods on the way to the warehouse", and etc. instead of "contacting" state for 5 days.
