The website is very user friendly. Instructions are easy to follow and it was fun to be able to design a personalized gift. Outstanding company with great products and fantastic customer service. I have ordered several products from Frame the Alphabet and have always been pleased with the products and customer service. A few weeks ago I received several ornaments I had ordered but didn’t look at them till last week when we put up our tree, one of the ornaments was broke on the hanger hole, I emailed the company and received a replacement ornament within a week, outstanding customer service and exceeded my expectations getting a replacement so fast
