I ordered a Christmas shirt which looked super cute on line. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, as it was promised within 10-12 days. Today is December 27th and I STILL have not received it. I have tried to contact the company, with NO response. I want the order cancelled and my money refunded. I will take whatever avenue I need to get this done. Do not order from this company.

The two products I received are not as good as they were pictured on the website. I ordered a colorful hoodie that appeared, from the pictures, to be made of a good quality, lightly quilted fabric. The colors on the actual hoodie were not as deep or rich as pictured, and the fabric wasn't quilted; there's a slightly quilted look on the fabric design itself, but that was all. The neckline and cuffs on the green Christmas sweater I purchased are off-white with a slightly stained look, as if they'd been exposed to some other dye, so the neck and cuffs look slightly dirty/dusty/discolored. On both items, the sleeves are too short and I'm only 5'5". On both items, the quality of the fabric is somewhat cheesy, not at all the way the items appear in their photos. Had I seen the actual items first, I would never have purchased either one. Disappointing experience, and I would not purchase from this seller ever again.

These were the ugliest ,creepiest bunch of clothes I ever ordered…the material was out and out wierd ,,,poorly made,poorly sized …wouldn,t put on my dog!!! Lesson learned!!…right into the garbage ,,,wouldn,t even give them away

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and what I received was honestly hideous. I ordered medium and they look like they are a 2x. It feels like polyester and it is made very poorly. The print is not like the picture.

If I could choose less that 1 star, I would! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE! This was a learning experience on not to trust any ads on social media. An awful site & don't be fooled, they have several under this company umbrella! A full 15 days after they charged the card & still no confirmation or any follow up from the company, I cancelled the order. I had asked for confirmation &/Or tracking without any response. I had not received any tracking as they promised so I disputed the purchase with our bank. These items were not cheap. They ignored the cancel request and after 8 weeks, we received the package, anyway. Save your $$'s and go to Dollar General or Walmart. You'll get better quality of clothing there. HIDEOUS!. Fabric is not as advertised. It is actually printed on slick polyblend no embroidery as pictured. Colors are not as shown. No sense in trying to return, you cannot get any Customer Service response. Too bad because the styles and design would have been great but they ruined it for anyone trying to be legit in the social media market.

Received a confirmation email but when I clicked on the link to see my order it said "order not found". There is no way to look for my order or any order on the website. They say that it takes 8-12 business days to ship and they would let me know when it was shipped. It has been 20 business days and I have not received the item and no email for the progress on the item.

Nothing looks like any of the pics you see. Polyester fabric NO quilting and poor print quality. Size L is HUGE. When I emailed to ask how to return they said I have to ship back to China. Priority Mail Medium flat is over $90. I paid $79. Do NOT give this drop shipper your hard earned money.

I feel like every Christmas I get scammed. I thought these clothes were coming out of England but they were actually coming out of China. I sent their customer service an email that the size is too big and they offered me 30% off to keep it. Sound familiar?
I need a smaller size, it is a gift. These companies should not be allowed to sell to the US unless they have warehouses and exchange facilities here! Shirt doesn't even look like the photo. Total crap!!!!

Ordered November 7, 2024. Saw on Instagram and liked the designs. Seemed like it was a legit company but I should have looked at it more thoroughly. I thought they were UK based. My order was not delivered within the promised timeframe. An email inquiry was not answered promptly and when it was it was, it was not a professional customer service response. “ Hello I am sorry that your order has not been sent out due to our heavy order. I will urge the warehouse to deliver as soon as possible.Have a nice day”
Merely said my order had not shipped due to high sales volume. Would not respond to a request to cancel order or issue a refund so I went through my credit card company to cancel it instead. Pretty sure it’s a second rate shop doing business out of China with low order fulfillment and suspect quality. Don’t fall for the cuteness quotient.
