You can feel really comfortable buying from this company. I've had to exchange and reorder a few times to get the size right and Fresh Clean Threads has been SOOO easy to work with. Also, the fit is great! If you have a bit of a belly but still want something that fits tight on your biceps and chest, Fresh Clean Threads is it. I highly recommend for the quality of the material but more than that, for their excellent customer service.

I used to love ordering from this company I used to get great shirts great quality I just recently ordered 15 shirts and all of the light colored shirts they're all ruined because they keep getting stained when they get washed I don't know if they change their Fabric or what but beware be very careful of what you buy if you don't buy something dark and you get light colors there's a good chance they're going to get ruined

My concern is Fresh Clean Threads’ deceptive advertising. The company promotes an offer stating, “Get 25% Back on Your First Order. Auto applies at checkout,” which clearly leads customers to believe they will receive 25% off their first purchase at checkout. That is simply not true. Alex, a representative from the Fresh Clean Threads customer service department, confirmed this when he explained, “The 25% Cash Back isn’t applied as a discount at checkout. Instead, after your purchase, 25% of the order total, excluding shipping, will be returned to you as a store credit, which you can use toward future purchases.” Store credit toward a future purchase is not the same as getting 25% back on your first order, and it certainly does not automatically apply at checkout. I am extremely disappointed that Fresh Clean Threads systemically uses such misleading language to attract new customers. This is a classic bait and switch tactic and an unfair and deceptive business practice. 07/17/2026: In fairness to Fresh Clean Threads and in the interest of full transparency, I must say 2 days, and 22 emails later they say they've refunded 25% of my initial purchase (as a one-time courtesy). I trust that 25% will be received in 7 to 10 business days as promised. I hope these are some great shirts!

I recently moved to a new apartment. I knew I had a subscription order coming, and changed my address in their records. Unfortunately, the order had already shipped. FCT then, on their own, shipped another batch of the shirts to my new address, no charge. That was pretty cool.

Do not order from these guys.I was the first time customer and my first order was 2 weeks late.I was treated like just another number.I had to fight with them to get my refund back.And eventually my shirts showed up i was\n Told I should pay more in shipping to get my product to me quicker. However, just because you pay more in shipping doesn't guarantee. It will come quicker, and most of the time.\n They just keep the money you paid extra for shipping. So don't order from these guys, you're better off ordering from true classic t.
I ordered and paid for expedited shipping and it came 2 weeks later. They partially refunded me so I gave them another chance. Guess what, second order made May 18th, still not delivered. Fool me twice, shame on me. These guys are at minimum a poorly run company and borderline scam.

I’ll make this statement short and brief. The product is very good . The customer service is awful. I tried canceling my yearly subscription a few times. It’s impossible to talk to a “live” person . I was charged today ( on day 366 ) and after a few attempts to cancel the yearly charge , all I was told via email , check your junk email ! No support whatsoever ! I do NOT endorse this company because of their poor customer service!

Love the tees, love the subscription service! However…after a few attempts and responses like “we’ll pass it on to our R&D department”, I still can’t get my subscription in Tall tees??? Seriously? Seems like an easy fix and adjustment to me!

First of all I want to say love the shirts I wish you guys made army green in different styles!! 2nd i really never have any complaints about you guys this time was a bit different on my last order the 2 white shirts I got seemed a bit stretched out especially around the neck area every other shirt I've gotten seem to fit me amazingly it's just the white shirts feel like all of them were yanked off a machine or some how stretched out not sure what happened will gladly send a picture of the ones I've gotten before compared to the ones I got
The products you sell are among the best I've ever purchased. Excellent fit, excellent materials. You get 5 stars for this. Ordering is another story. 1 star for this. Once again, I attempted to order more shirts and there's always a problem along with no personnel to call to assist over the phone. I love the shirts of all types. Mostly I love the look and feel of the product. My wife washes them and puts them in the dryer. They hold up great.
The shirts are great and like the auto renewal, I just wish I had some say in what color of shirts are coming.

Beware: If you subscribe for auto delivery, you will be billed at the highest price for their shirts. They have a promise on their website that they break over and over again. The promise states: "UNLOCK OUR BEST PRICE PER ITEM ThreadBox subscribers get rewarded. Never pay anything but our best price when you subscribe." It's untrue. Today, I can use a promo code and manually order 3 shirts at a $10 savings over the price they automatically charge on subscriptions. It's just an outright lie when they say you'll get the best price. You won't. They do not apply any current promotional pricing, so the best price is only available if you don't have a subscription. They've done this with me now twice and it feels very unethical and dishonest. Stay away from the subscriptions if you truly want their best pricing.

Ships fast and love the quality, and because of that, I don't mind the higher prices as much. They say that you get what you pay for, and this is a good product.
I love my Fresh Clean Threads tees! They are the perfect weight, the perfect crew, v-neck and the white tees are not see through. The tees launder nicely and so comfortable to wear. I look forward to the possibility of pastel and bright shades in the future. I highly recommend these tees!
