When my dad turned 50 I purchased a bottle of his favorite cognac for him. He had one glass out of it each year until his last. I was able to toast him at the year anniversary of his death, but that was the last of it. I went to purchase another bottle and the price had increased significantly. I was a bit concerned that for the amount I was paying I might not get it or it would not arrive in good condition. My expectations were met above and beyond. They took extra measures to make sure this was not a fraudulent charge and the packaging of the elements of my order was superb. It's a beautiful bottle that will be an excellent way to celebrate my dad every year. We will be using Frootbat again.

Why do your FedEx deliveries always leave product on the driveway to overheat in 100++ degree weather?

Placed an order for Booker's bourbon Ronnie's Batch. Was told they could source the bottle through their vendors but that same bottle was now listed for $100 more. Bait & switch. They gave me the option of a refund or another choice. I chose Booker's Bardstown batch which was listed on their site. The couldn't source that either. Received a refund.
