Incredible follow-through and great customer service.
When I placed my first order with Frootbat I expected great things, especially with really reasonable prices and free shipping. My order was only two bottles, and I was surprised when they shipped separately. The first bottle came through with no problem, and I contacted customer service after what I thought was a fairly unreasonable time to wait for the bottle. When I didn’t hear back right away, I pretty much wrote it off and thought to myself “Well I got a great price on the first bottle, with free shipping, and that’s the one I really wanted so I’m not gonna make a big deal about it.”
Much than my surprise just a week ago, when I received a message from their customer service department apologizing for what they considered “dropping the ball“ on my second bottle and for some reason it just got lost in the shuffle. Then, they told me they would ship it out within three days, and as promised, three days later, the bottle showed up at my house! I will continue to include them as one of my go to vendors for my bourbon collection and recommend them to any other purchasers, young or old.

I ordered 6 bottles of wine for…
I ordered 6 bottles of wine for £123.98, which is a good price for a wine that costs £35 from another wine merchant.
When my delivery arrived I was utterly horrified to receive only 1 bottle!
No-one in their right mind would pay £123.98 for a bottle that is available for £35.
I am furious at this disgusting scam.

I believe Fed-x damaged package.
Original packing suspect.
I don't think Frootbat would package that bad.
At this point I don't believe Frootbat caused damage. I think Fed-x destroyed and hastily repackaged it.

However tracking the delivery was somewhat complicated until the actual day it arrived. Someone needed to be home to sign for it, but the window of arrival was expansive.
