I got completely scammed by this…
I got completely scammed by this company for over $100. I waited a month for my order before the seller cancelled it. Despite payment already being processed. I tried reaching out to Fruugo customer service multiple times for a refund, they never responded. There is no contact information for customer service on the website. Just a useless “raise enquiry” page that they never respond to. I am working with my bank to deal with the lost funds. This is a complete scam website with awful customer service support. STAY AWAY FROM FRUUGO!

I have been having trouble getting this product.Product is packaged in Canada. I ordered from another company that failed to deliver and after 3 months refunded my money. Fruugo was able to deliver in 2 weeks. I was also regularly notified of the progress of my shipment.
Horrible! shipping took 45 days -returns were a scam
Horrible. It took over 45 days from the time I ordered to get my product and they told me two weeks... Then I asked to return and they said I would have to pay shipping to China from the US!!! the $100 order would cost $80 in shipping. When I asked about more effective ways of shipping they ghosted me and didn't get back, Don't do business with them!

I bought this UV lamp to do my own…
I bought this UV lamp to do my own nails with. It got here and it was not working. So I had a hard time finding out how to send this thing back then I get it all packed up. I get it to the post office with the right address and everything gonna cost me $133 to mail it back to them. I threw it in the garbage. Who in the hell is gonna pay $133 to mail something back that only cost 36 bucks. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

The product was not as it was described, a non-invasive blood glucose monitor. No on-off switch. No reading display. It’s just a little white thing that you hold your finger in. Fraud. And, I would have to pay postage to return it. I just threw it away.

This is a real reasonable site
There prices was very reasonable. I was a little nervous whether it was a real site or not. I decided to order some Beats headphones for my daughter for Christmas. I was happily surprised when they came on time and exactly what I ordered. Will definitely be ordering again.
