During such a difficult time, we're honored that you trusted us to create something so meaningful. We’re truly sorry for the confusion regarding your proof and for the mix-up with the reprint order. If any edits or changes are needed after an order is placed, we ask that customers call us immediately to let us know they would like to review a proof. Once we know changes are needed, we'll email you a digital preview, and you can simply reply with any edits you'd like us to make. This helps ensure there is no miscommunication before your order is sent to print. After we receive your requested changes, we'll create a revised proof for your approval before printing. We were happy to provide your reprint at no charge with the requested corrections, and we sincerely apologize that a couple of prints from another order were accidentally included in your package. That certainly isn't the experience we strive to provide. Thank you again for your feedback.
