Spelling Mistakes

I made a couple of late night spelling mistakes on the programs we ordered for my Mom's Celebration of Life Service. I couldn't live with myself and the Service was out of State on a Sunday. Ordered the replacement programs on Friday with a 50% Discount which I was shocked to hear about since the mistakes were mine. Spoke with Leah in Customer Service and to my surprise this was actually "Customer Service". She was very kind and knowledgeable, reassuring me that this would be rectified and the reprints would arrive on Saturday to my hotel. Again , we've all heard that before right? And yet again this Company delivered! I cannot say enough good things about them. They are nice professional people who really care about the products they sell and helping people in their time of need. Excellent Company! Excellent Products, and Caring Staff.

Multiple Orders

I have used Funeral Prints for both my father's service in 2021 and now my mother's service this past month 2026. All items were done professionally and arrived on-time. My only complaint this go round was I was unable to put mom's obituary on a bookmark I opted for the 23rd Psalm but would have like to have her full obituary so I could share with family who were not able to attend the service

The prayer card turned out nice

The prayer card turned out nice. The communication was not as good as I remembered from when I did a prayer card almost 8 years ago for my dad. I called to ask questions and didnt really get clear answers. Once I submitted the picture and quotes I was supposed to submit via email any changes and questions. Sometimes you need to talk to someone to walk things through. This is a personal situation, when someone dies, and you want personal attention. Didn't get that feel.

Loved the quality of the cards

Loved the quality of the cards and the fact that we could change the title from what was on the card to Celebrating the Life of...., since that option wasn't available for me to change on our own. Delivery time was great and everyone was very nice and answered all my questions promptly. In wish there were other options for delivery besides $28 for two day delivery. We didn't need them that quickly and would have chosen a cheaper option for delivery. But overall experience was positive.

Their website was robust, intuitive and provided numerous options and flexibility for creating a professional looking funeral photo board. I could not have been more satisfied with the high quality photo board that received extremely positive reviews from all in attendance. The ability to enhance photos was a big plus and the numerous shipping options provided flexibility at different price points. The company provides a customer service function which I did not need to contact. The final photo board was professionally produced, packaged securely and shipped timely and exceeded my expectations. I ordered cards for my dad’s service at a national cemetery. They had such great designs to choose from and it was easy to upload my dad’s photo and write an inscription. The cards were great quality and came out exactly as previewed. I ordered on a Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. Thank you for a great memorial card for my dad.

I don't know how they could possibly improve what this company does. The memorial cards that I ordered were beautiful, and the quality was impressive. They were competitive with pricing and the delivery was ridiculously fast, at no extra cost.
