I ordered a memorial poster for my mom's celebration of life, the bottom letters of her name were cut off (ex Y, G) this is a rookie move, someone should have caught this and re-set the bottom typeface smaller. In addition the $28 shipping was not needed but none the less, you have to pay, it shipped UPS ground which is cheaper. So their making money on the shipping, definitely would not recommend

I chose FuneralPrints.com specifically because they advertised overnight delivery, which was critical after my mother-in-law passed away. I ordered a photo collage on Friday and paid extra for Saturday delivery because it was part of a framed memorial piece needed for the funeral. Saturday came and went—nothing. I called and left a message. Sunday, nothing. I called and left a message. Monday, still nothing. When I called customer service on Monday, I actually spoke to a live person who said they weren’t sure what happened but could “expedite it at no extra charge.” No extra charge?? I had already paid a premium for overnight service, yet it arrived three days late and caused enormous stress while we were traveling for the funeral. I had to choose a different delivery address closer to the funeral. No partial refund was offered, and they should have absorbed the cost on this one. Thankfully, I made a backup through Walgreens for $25, and it was just as good, if not better. I did receive my order on Tuesday, and the print was nice, but the amount of stress this debacle caused me was brutal. *Updated after the Funeralprints.com reply: To be clear, you did not absorb the "expedited" overnight shipping cost...please refer to my payment. I PAID for Expedited/Overnight service from Friday to Saturday. You took my payment plus the expedited shipping cost, and then sent it overnight, 3 days later. Thank you for your sentiments and response. Moving on.

This is the second time I've ordered from them in a year, the first cards were perfect and this time was no exception. However, more importantly with a company is how they handle things that go wrong. This order was of two different cards of a 100 each. The package came right on time, however when I opened it there was only one set of 100. No matter how perfect a company things can go wrong, so again it's how they handle the problem. I immediately called them at 4:00 in the afternoon and without any hesitation they told me they would print them and get them right out. I needed them by Friday night and this was Wednesday. They assured me they would overnight them and everything would be okay. The next day about 2:00 in the afternoon my cards were delivered. So from the time I talked to them till the time I received the cards was less than 24 hours. They never tried to act like it wasn't their fault or place blame on me. I can say firsthand that you should have no qualms about buying from them as the cards will be perfect and better yet if there's a problem you don't need to worry, they'll make it right and on time.
