Seems to be a scam. Do not buy! Ordered product 4 wks ago, tracking useless seems a “fake” page. No answer to any customer service Emails. Save yourself time and money and buy from somewhere else.

Fantastic products that my dog loves! One of the items took a super long time to ship, which was a bit confusing, but the customer support staff helped inform me when the package was expected to send. Everything I have purchased on FunnyFuzzy felt like an improvement for my pup over things sold on Amazon.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company! It took 3 months for my order to arrive in which time I had to order from another supplier as my puppy had arrived. I emailed them on numerous occasions to arrange a return when it did finally arrive and have had no response apart from an email to say they had dealt with my ticket (which they had not). I am now returning without a return confirmation email so praying I get my money back as it was expensive. I wish I had done my research beforehand and not just gone off the reviews on the website.

Update: It finally arrived today, with a completely different tracking number, which would not update…. Quality is okay, but expensive for what it is…. Would I buy again, no not at all. If I could give zero stars I would…. We ordered a dog car travel seat on 6th June, your confirmation email suggested it would take 15days to arrive. It’s now 22nd July, no update on the tracking info. We have had no responses to our emails to you, there are at least 4. We will now be doing a charge back, as no response to refund requests. You are quick to send out emails showcasing your product, it’s a shame that you don’t fulfil your orders. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. I received the bed 2 months after…
I received the bed 2 months after ordering, it was supposed to take a week. It came from China not the UK as advertised. I can’t return it of course bc of the high cost of shipping. It’s not worth what I spent for it but the good news is my dog seems to like it. She’s terrified of thunder so I move it into whatever closet she wants to hide in during a storm. It’s light and easy to move around and as I mentioned she likes it so at least I feel I didn’t throw my money out the window

Generally, I would not write reviews, however interaction with this company has been absolutely appalling. Took 2 months to receive order. Order placed in end of May and received item end of July. Order approx $250 aud. Extremely delayed response (one week response time with email follow up. ( emailed at least three times) Timeline of shipment extremely deceptive. No free gift included as part of order. (at this point no point in chasing up) Quality of product is so so, not true to size and is not justifiable with their price point. Reviews on their website are deceptive and not accurate. Please be awry of ordering products from this company. For the price, there is better items out there.

I have received 2 dog beds which I am delighted with and my dogs love them in the car. However one of them is faulty and the strap has broken. I have emailed three times with no reply. Their customer service is non existent and I would not advice potential customers to use this company as there is no after sales.

Don't bother ordering from them, definitely a fake website based in China with fake positive reviews and fake discounts. Just go to Temu and pay 25% for the same advertised item - at lease it will arrive from them! Luckily I always choose Paypal and got a full refund 6 weeks after my order...no way to contact them and no emails from them after my initial order... FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!

I did my order on the 13th May and I still have not received it . I have sent a few emails to them , and all I am getting is a generated message from them. And as for the tracking number it does not work. Will never order from this company again

I heard nothing from them for almost 2 months from when I placed my order. By the time they replied to me, I had already reported the charge as fraud and received a refund from my credit card company. When they did reply to tell me that my order would be shipping “soon", I told them again to cancel my order because I do not want any of their products. I have not heard back, and my order has not shipped.
