Plethora of topics

Plethora of topics. My favorite is Cosmic Disclosure. 29 seasons of whistleblowers telling what they experienced, saw or worked on. The guys from the Secret Space program shows are mind blowing. Start at season 1 episode 1....great binge material! Now that they are merging with UNIFYD TV, you have to watch "Conversations with Ray"...absolutely mind blowing! Your mind will be expanded and you will almost be forced to "WAKE-UP" to reality we live in.

I subscribed to Gaia in October 25

I subscribed to Gaia in October 25, they have taken payment from my account every month since but I have no access to the service. I have tried to rectify this for 6 weeks and keep being told they can't see my account but they are taking my money 😡

Hi Lyn We are very sorry for the frustration this has caused. We never want a member to feel like they are paying for a service they cannot access, and we want to resolve this for you immediately. Typically, when a payment is active but an account cannot be located, it is due to a small typo in the email address provided during the initial signup, or the use of a third-party billing service (like Apple or Google). This creates a 'hidden' account that our team can't see using your standard email search. We want to find your funds and fix this. Please reach out to us again at [email protected] with the subject line 'Trustpilot - Attention: Management' and provide: The last 4 digits of the card being charged. The date and exact amount of your last transaction. Any alternative emails you may have used. This will allow us to track the payment directly to the correct account and get your access restored today. We look forward to making this right.

Starting to be boring

I don´t like, that when there is something new, we don´t get announcements about them. Where is the "bell" where it should be the announcements, only come a couple of them, but not of them, and it used to happen that I find out about something, when it´s already old. And it´s starting to be boring, with no really interesting interviews as before. I am actually getting more things out of YouTube as of Gaia, and starting to think about cancelling my membership

Hi May, I really appreciate you being so honest with us. There is nothing worse than feeling like you’re the last to know about new content, especially when you’re looking for that spark of inspiration that Gaia is known for. Regarding the 'Notification Bell': I hear your frustration. Sometimes our system prioritizes specific alerts, which can cause other great releases to slip through the cracks. I am sharing your feedback directly with our product team today—we want that 'Bell' to be a reliable guide for you, not a hit-or-miss feature. As for feeling bored with the current interviews, I’d love to point you toward two of our most significant recent launches that move away from the 'trendy' stuff and dive back into deep, transformative territory: The Monroe Institute Series: If you miss the deep, mind-expanding content of our earlier days, this is a must-watch. The Gene Keys: This is a very high-level series focused on self-realization and human potential. We know YouTube is a big world, but our goal is to provide the depth and ad-free experience those creators often can't. I’ll make sure your request for 'more substance, less fluff' is heard by our content strategists. We’d love to keep you in the community, so I hope these new series give you a reason to stick around and explore further.
