become my favorite place to watch content that truly upgrades my reality and my life. Every time I press play, I feel expanded—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The depth, integrity, and intentionality of the content is unlike anything else I’ve found. What I love most is how transformative the programming is without feeling overwhelming or performative. Gaia meets you where you are and gently invites you into greater awareness, healing, and possibility. Whether I’m watching a documentary, a series, or a talk, I often walk away with real insights I can feel integrating into my daily life—not just ideas, but embodied shifts. It’s rare to find a platform that feels both grounding and expansive at the same time. Gaia does that beautifully. It feels like a trusted companion on my growth journey, and a space I return to again and again when I want to realign, learn, and remember what’s possible. Five stars, without hesitation. ✨
A very good variety of subjects and I feel Gaia is selective and have trustworthy information
This place has deeply accelerated every aspect of my day and my life Transformational Deeply appreciated And deeply Loved
Their website has wonderful content and plenty of it. They are bring AI to the front which I'm divided on. Spiritual AI is an oxymoron, is it not?
Thanks for the feedback! We get it, AI is a touchy subject, but our model was built by our internal team with a lot of intention, and solely trained on Gaia's content 🙌
Love the content and it’s impact on my spiritual growth.
The app is very limited and not available across all platforms. Unable to use directly without casting from an alternative device.
Hi Anthony, Thank you for your feedback, though we’re sorry to hear you’ve had trouble accessing our app. . We would like to clarify that Gaia is currently available across a wide range of platforms, including Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and Chromecast, as well as dedicated apps for both iOS and Android devices. You are correct, we do not support Samsung Smart TV at this time If you are unable to find the app on your specific device, it may be due to the model's age or a regional setting. We would love to help you get Gaia running directly on your screen so you can move beyond casting. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can troubleshoot your specific device with you and ensure you have the best viewing experience possible. We're here to help!
This showed up on my credit card and I cancelled my credit card due to fraud. Bank issued new credit card and now they are billing me again. $317 a month. Next stop is the DA office to file fraud charges against them. I never signed up for this and I don’t know what it is. Scam company.
HI Juliet, This is a matter we take very seriously, and we would like to investigate this immediately. Please be aware that Gaia does not have a monthly subscription tier at $317. If you are seeing a charge of this amount labeled as Gaia, it is possible that there is a billing error, a fraudulent third-party involved, or a misunderstanding of a localized currency. Because you mentioned that charges continued even after a card replacement, it suggests a 'recurring payment' token may be active through a third-party app store (like Apple or Google Play) or a banking feature that automatically updates subscriptions for new cards. Please contact our Management team immediately at [email protected] with the subject line 'URGENT - ATTENTION MANAGER.' Our Head of Member Services will personally oversee this investigation to help you identify the source of these charges and ensure this is resolved. We are committed to transparency and want to help you get to the bottom of this right away.
Regina Meredith’s is continuously interrupting Dr Judy Tsafrir (S32, Ep1). This is very frustrating when this psychiatrist is about to reveal her beautiful knowledge and is stopped all the time by Regina Meredith who spreads her personal convictions, especially around minute 20 when this psychiatrist tries to explain the separation between generations. Please tell her to let her interviewed person talk without being continuously interrupted. Sylvie Peloquin MD and excluded grandmother
Another company that purposely don’t send email receipts or reminders about monthly payments as their business model relies on people forgetting about their subscription. A crafty company, I have wasted a lot of money and feel cheated. Subscription services that are upfront are much more likely to have return customers. I will never sign up again as the trust is gone. If your business model requires trickery, you need to look at your business. Cancelling was harder than it should be.
They can scam you!! I was a customer for 5 years before I cancelled my subcribtion, because I was in a tough moment financially. Then I got a 3 months deal they were having, but it wasn't really "3 months" ...since they kept charging me after that, the regular monthly price. I wasn't using my account anymore since I thought the subscribtion was over, and when I realized they were still charging me after a few months I wrote to Gaia and they refused to refund me even thought I didn't use it at all and I'm a long time customer. Never again I will subscribe to a company that scam people. Be careful!
I have Colleagues on Gaia. $99 offer for 9 months I couldn't sign up. When I hit the link, I could only get normal subscription prices. I went back & forth so realize it's a bot, so my issue was never resolved. You want my real mony, you should have real customer support! They dont submit bad feedback, only good. They do not use real customers for BBB ratings. This is the worst in customer support ever, yet they advertise they strive their best. WORST
One of my favorite networks. They have fantastic programming!
Learning and growing with Gaia! Very Happy
The fact that they endorse the Twin Flame cult/ripoff says all you ned to know. STAY AWAY!
THieves. THey started a subscriptionon Prime without my interaction. It just showed up on my bill. Then they make it hard to cancel since I don't know why it started in the first place.
Gaia is my absolute favorite streaming service. I always say to friends and family that it's the Netflix for people seeking enlightenment and awakening material. It's truly the best!!
I tried a one month membership and I got to watch a couple of series. Now that my membership is finished, I don't have access to the content I watched during my membership. It feels like you have to constantly pay for subscriptions even if you do not want to watch anything new. I am really disappointed.
