No direct customer support
I accidentally (via Apple Pay, I didn’t notice) bought tickets to a concert I was just looking at out of curiosity and there wasn’t a direct contact that I could get a hold of. They probably would have said “too bad enjoy the concert” but nonetheless it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone. Anyway, over $400 later, it is what it is I gues.

For the Love of the Game
I took myself to an Atlanta Braves game and the ticket I got at and from Gametime was amazing. Field level,3rd base line, free ice cream, free popcorn for a great price. Will definitely use Gametime again!!
Smooth, easy experience
Prices were excellent and cheaper than some of the other sites. Process went smoothly and once I downloaded the app- boom! - my tickets were right there. Also appreciate the insurance option.
Tickets unavailable when I needed it…
I was able to access the tickets when I first confirmed them. However, when I got to the venue and tried to access the tickets, they would not show up. I tried to contact support, but every time they asked me for info and I had to switch to another window to look for that conf #, the support window would reset. It was absolutely worthless. I had to wait in line at the box office and after some time, got a voucher to get me in minutes before the show began.

The app was easy to use and the tickets were perfect. We somehow ended up with member tickets that guaranteed we got the gate giveaway and allowed our child to skip the line for running the bases.

The price and seat were great; however, because we bought through a third party app we were not eligible for any promotions or giveaways which is the whole reason I even went to this game.

Tickets kept disappearing as I was trying to select them even when i had them in my cart. Managed to get a good price ticket, but it didn’t go directly in my ticketmaster account and I was worried it was fraudalent but it turned out all fine.. but something to keep in mind

Great tickets,and great price. Easy to register,and purchase. I was skeptical at first,everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the Tigers game. We even made an additional purchase for a future game. I will be looking forward to getting tickets to Steeler,U of M, and possibly a concert ticket for this upcoming season. Thanks.

Super easy to use. I enjoyed how depending on the party size that the app provided you with curated selections that are both good quality and a good bang for your buck. I also really enjoyed that you could see the seats view prior to purchasing.
Convenient & A Great Price!
Really convenient to use. Purchase was easy. A few hiccups more I believe on the Ticketmaster app side of things but eventually it got sorted out.
