Gametime is a third-party marketplace, so ticket delivery times can vary depending on the event and when the seller is able to transfer them. We work with licensed and verified API sellers, and once an order has been confirmed, your purchase is protected by the Gametime Guarantee. I can see that both of your events have now passed, and we didn't receive any further contact from you regarding the tickets, so it appears everything was ultimately received and resolved. I also see that the purchase was made about an hour after the event had already started. By that point, sales had ended, so we weren't able to find replacement tickets for you. Since Gametime is a third-party marketplace, we don't hold our own ticket inventory to provide replacements directly. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Because of that, we aren't able to control whether prices go up or down after a purchase is made. Additionally, all confirmed purchases are subject to our final sale policy. We do offer our Gametime Price Guarantee. If you find the same section and row available for a lower final price on another platform within 2 hours of your purchase, you can contact our Support Team, and if your request meets the eligibility requirements, we'll issue 110% of the price difference in Gametime credit. Unfortunately, based on our review, your request did not meet the requirements for the Price Guarantee, so we're unable to honor it in this case.
