James was great and very helpful. I would have given 5 stars but I think over $400+ for shipping seem too high.
This was our first time purchasing from…
This was our first time purchasing from GateCrafters. Our new Liftmaster gate operator works perfectly. We were very impressed with the follow up and professionalism from Andrew Wagner. He was extremally knowledgeable and helpful when selecting the correct unit, he also made some recommendations with accesories we needed to simplify our installation. I highly recommend purchasing from GateCreafters. You will not be disappointed with your purchase. We will purchase again in the near future. Thank you Andrew!!!

James DePasquale was excellent
James DePasquale was excellent. Took my order and applied my sales certificate. A pleasure. GateCrafters had the lowest price for an LA400 dual. Very satisfied with WebDirectBrands. Order arrived the next day. All in all a good experience.
