What people say
Denise was extremely helpful to me
Denise was extremely helpful to me. My gate isn't working, and my husband passed away recently. I did not know what parts he had bought or what to do about the gate. Denise asked me to take pictures of the gate, and she gave me her text number to send them. She also showed compassion about my husband's passing, and I was pleased that I didn't have to stay on hold long and she spoke English without an accent.
Technical Questions
I had some technical questions that Stephanie Walker was able to answer for me. She was very pleasant, patient and professional. Additionally she was able to get all my questions answered. I left the conversation feeling like my gate project actually mattered to her and I felt valued as a customer.
I knew what I needed
I knew what I needed, so I did not use an advisor, but the reputation you have for technical assistance sold me. You also have one of the best selections of equipment, and your prices are very competitive.
