I’ve been buying my gate products from Gate Crafters for around 15 years. I’ve always had great experiences! From ordering, product recommendations, to troubleshooting- they have always been top notch. I just worked with James on a replacement gate opener system after mine got struck by lightning. He was great! He listened to what I wanted, offered some other things to consider, and placed my order. After the sale, I received 3 emails from him: order confirmation, receipt, and the tracking number for the shipping. Great service! I also know that when I begin my install, if I have any questions, they are there to help!
