I think, honestly, it comes down to which Geek you are assigned. My daughter was assigned a really silly assignment and she is very busy so I had a Geek do it. He used AI and the customer service is terrible. I don't know to say, but I will certainly never back, and you should look elsewhere.

they did a great job on my math homework there was few questions they had trouble solving which wasn’t great but other than that they did a great job it was a little pricey tho.
