The necklace its self is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I saw a friend wearing one and I had to have one. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is the shipping. The box was sent in a fedex shipping envelope and was completely smashed when I received it. Luckily it was not a gift and the necklace was fine. But the original box it damaged. You might consider shipping in a box going forward.

a ring was stolen out of my car and i was told it unfortunately cannot be replaced. i purchased a new one and after some initial delay it was delivered and in perfect condition. the customer service team was open to feedback and apologetic of the delay.

Looks like great quality, I didn't know it comes from outside of the country and at first ups make me pay a tariffs of importation. A few hour after I wrote client service and I got a remboursement.
