We’re sorry to hear the ring did not meet your expectations. The design features very delicate, minimal diamonds, and the exact specifications are included in the product description. We understand that this style may appear more subtle in person. If you would like assistance with a return or have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

My order has been sitting in tracking…
My order has been sitting in tracking and shown as not yet provided to FedEx. If there is an issue it would be nice to be told of the delay.
Reply from Gelin Diamond2026-04-02
We’re sorry for the concern caused by the tracking status. The delay occurred because the item did not pass our quality control inspection, so we held it back to ensure you receive it in proper condition. We did reach out to inform you and to see if there was anything we could do to assist, however we did not receive a response. If you still need any updates or assistance regarding your order, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
