Quality custom made product, at a great price!
I was skeptical at first about the quality of the item I ordered. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. This was a custom made charm and it was exactly what I wanted. The whole process from initial order date to receipt of the finished product (in a lovely green box) was less than 10 days. I loved the charm. It is well made and I actually ordered another one to complete my necklace. I will definitely be ordering from Gelin again.

Tiniest charm I have ever purchased. I bought a K charm for my son. I had an A already for my other child and it is larger and more prominent. I did not expeect the K to be the same size, but it is so small. I think the charm would pair well with a bracelet or anklet, but not a necklace

I am still waiting for my order to ship. I ordered the item over a week ago which was promised to deliver within a few days. I was unable to give the gift in time and had to reach out to customer service for an update. They have shared the item didn't pass quality control checks and are having to re-craft it. No update on receiving the order thus far.

Within a few days of getting it, the gem already popped out the ring don’t even know how, clearly cheap even tho I payed over 100 dollars for it. I want a refund.

It's very small, very very small. It's almost for a child so you should put that on your website. I'm not even sure it's the right gold I ordered. This is for a gift. I'm very disappointed. And I can't find any way to return it

I ordered this red ceramic charm heart pendant on March 14, 2026.
The tracking says that the label has been created but it has not shipped.

The earrings were so small when I received them compared to the images online. Good quality, but you cannot tell that they have crosses on the hoops because the earring is so small.
