Getflix has disappointed me
Getflix has disappointed me. It used to be reliable and have a good customer service team that quickly responded when there was a problem. However, I haven’t been able to connect to the UK for at least five days now and Getflix hasn’t given any updates about what’s causing the problem or when it will be fixed.

Have used Getflix's smart DNS service for some years, it's reasonably priced, super simple to use and less intrusive to your over all internet usage than a full VPN. Their support is excellent with prompt responses and knowledgeable agents

They responded very quickly to my feedback regarding the instructions they had sent and then quickly sent me updated instructions which resolved the issue. The support provided is one of the best experiences I have had with a technical support team In any organisation.
