Order placed mid April. 1 month later their customer service could not provide an update on the wherabouts of this order. I requested a refund and was assured it was being processed. A further month has passed, I have not received a refund, or the order.

Took my money. I have had honestly over 50 emails sent to this company asking where my two orders are since March. They constantly sent generic emails and never resolved the issue. Then today I recieved a email saying they cancelled my order and feel free to order again! No refund, no credit! They just took my order. Absolute SCAM company

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience. My order has been stuck in “pre-transit” for months with no movement whatsoever. I had to send multiple emails just to get updates, and after finally requesting a cancellation, I am still waiting for my refund. I placed my order in March and I never received my order... I have been in contact with customer service many times and asked when my order will be shipped and was then told that they are taking time due to the problem in the Middle East and as an apology I was given 20% off my next order as if I will order again when I have not even received my first order. I also received an email asking me to review my products that I had not even received. Finally realized that I would not receive my order so I contacted my bank to get a full refund and I got that. I have read that many here on trust pilot have had similar problems with heyshape and do yourself a favor and do not order from heyshape because you will not receive your order and you will only be disappointed.
