Placed an order 1st of May and it’s now 29th of June. After numerous attempts to get an update with no luck, left me no choice but to try and get my money via my bank by disputing the transaction. Do not buy from this company.

I would give no stars but the minimum is one. Placed an order 3 months ago and not received. I have since cancelled with a refund processed but no refund yet. Standard response “we working on it” I will change my comment and update if I do actually receive a refund. What a joke of a place. Stop scamming people!

Terrible service. My order never arrived, and I still haven’t received a refund, even though Debbie from HeyShape told me I would get one. It’s now been five months since I paid for the order. I absolutely do not recommend this company. In my experience, this feels like one of the worst scams I’ve ever encountered.

How the heck is this company still aloud to keep trading, I have reported them to multiple platforms, bank and ACCC. They need to be stopped. Order #1973406. I ordered some items in April. I still have not received them and have requested a refund which I still have not received. Email responses are incredibly slow or non existent.
Update. As per the below reply they asked me to contact them. I have contacted them multiple times with no response so seems ridiculous to say that in their response. I also received an email to say they would expedite the refund of the money they have had for e months. Should I be grateful?

Fraud.
I had previously bought many body suits from here and loved them now I need to replace and buy new since mine are a couple years old. I ordered May 6. My order still hasn't arrived. Their customer service number is disconnected and their customer support team is send copy and paste messages. No response. Tracking says "label has been made" since May 11. I had to ask my bank to dispute the charges.
**There almost a dozen emails you know I cant type my email address here. I also have connected with that "customer service" email a dozen times.

I ordered in February, I never received my order (around 65€!). I asked for refund so many times, they kept telling me that the refund was on the way, but I never received the refund. Now they stop replying. Do not buy! They’re scammers.

I've placed an order at heyshape 2 months ago which I never received. I've been promised my package would be delivered. Unfortunately I haven't received anything. I've asked my money back on several occasions. They still didn't pay me my money back. I've spent almost a €100,00 at heyshape and this is the treatment I get. SCAM company taking people money and not sending purchases
⚠️ Warning to anyone considering ordering from HeyShape ⚠️
Before spending your money, I strongly recommend doing your research.
My experience, along with numerous complaints I've found online, raises serious concerns about delivery times, customer service, and refunds. Many customers report paying for products that either never arrived, arrived months late, or were returned without refunds being processed. There are also hundreds of complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau and many recent reviews from customers claiming they are still waiting for orders or refunds.
What is most frustrating is the number of people reporting that they receive automated responses, repeated promises that their issue is being investigated, and little to no resolution. Recent reviews on Trustpilot describe customers waiting months for deliveries or refunds after repeated attempts to contact support.

SCAM SITE BEWARE
I placed an order in March yet to receive it till date- we are in June , they keep making excuses about problems in the mid east being the reasons they have been unable to ship.
Meanwhile it’s clear that they have shipped to a few other customers since then . I live in Europe. If that’s not a SCAM I don't know what is.
I received automated emails from Debbie and Amber, promising to personally look into it. I have ordered from other companies in China and received my order.
I have asked for refund and they have refused to refund as well.
Looking at others experiences on trust pilot it’s obvious that this company has now become a scam site.
