I was able to get the 0% rate, when they were using Citizens Pay. Amazing if you can get the 0% rate. I hear with affirm it's a lot harder to get the 0% rate.
I ordered a custom spec MacBook Air. I checked toward the expected shipping date, and customer service was fantastic. Whoever answers Upgraded's emails is one of the most delightful people in customer service. This person was informative, proactive, and humorous. My MacBook Air arrived before Christmas, and I cannot be pleased more with the entire process.

Great communication And a great buying experience
I was worried for a while that this company wasn’t legit but I received my order as promised. There was a slight delay because I ordered on thanksgiving, but customer service was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the experience right.
