Amazing experience
Upgraded is awesome. Initially was anxious as I received a machine that had been enrolled in management for a company and wasn’t usable due to a mistake upstream of them. John stepped up called me and reassured the issue would be resolved. He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected.

Great company to work with, we need more product offerings besides just apple stuff
Great service, quick to respond to both personal and business related questions. Highly recommend using this service specially if you are small business to get a lease on any of your apple products. On the personal side also great if you want to get something like an iPad that you know you'd want to replace in the next 2-3 years.

Upgraded made purchasing a new MacBook very easy. Placed the order in on a Sunday night and received it that Thursday.
Cool Apple computer subscription service!
The whole process was very easy and straight forward. I dropped a star only because the shipment window came and went without any communication regarding the status of the computer. I did chat with customer service who stated the orders had backed up. They were very nice and changed my shipment from express to overnight. A few days later my M5 arrived!

Delivered my new MackBook Air 15"
Delivered my new MackBook Air 15", with AppleCare, as promised with the option to be contacted to "upgrade" to a new Macbook in 2 years or keep it to own in 3 years. Delivery arrived quickly within the work week. Definitely recommended!
