I've had this subscription in the past maybe around 2016 and it was great! Amazing quality items all packaged and shipped well and website was clear, but not anymore! When I initially signed up the explanation was that I would be receiving a monthly curated box or I could choose to select my items, okay I've seen this before. But when I go through they process there is no clear way of seeing your monthly box and once I dug around found I would have to select my items either way and be "paying" for the box each time with Maven points, once I run out of points or add more items I would need to pay for the rest personally. The points are provided every month for me to use that equil one box with 3 items but this is not explained anywhere! Could have easily paid for a box out of my own pocket or added items with out understanding thier system. I was also given a Curated box as a gift for signing up and was very excited about the items, 2 glasses, a ceramic bowl and a wooden napkin holder called the Bash Box. The box came very poorly packaged with all 3 fragile items broken and although I've reached out to their customer service twice requesting help, I've gotten no response. All in all I wouldn't recommend this subscription, there are just too many better choices out there!

When you sign up for a Premium Membership, you will receive enough Maven Points to build your box for the month. Each custom box includes 3 items and is valued over $100 for as little as $45! Customers have the option to add additional items to their box, but this is not mandatory. You can choose just your 3 items and not have to pay any extra.
