I personally have a great experience with Glo Melanin, I get nothing but compliments on how glowing my skin looks everyday. I had a small issue with one of the product that was received and customer service. rep. Rio got right on it and the assistant was phenomenal. Yes, I would recommend all products that I’ve personally used.

OMG I can’t say nothing but good things…

OMG I can’t say nothing but good things about Glo Melanin. Elyka Is absolutely amazing. She took care of my concern right away and in a timely matter. Her care for my concern is top tier. Super sweet. I recommend all their products as I love how my skin feels and looks after using the products. Please try! You won’t be disappointed.

I had a really great experience with Rio!

I had a really great experience with the customer service agent Rio. He did an awesome job at responding promptly and ensuring I got a new order of the Rose glo oil that broke in the original shipment. Surely made my experience with glo melanin one to remember in the best way.

Recently made a purchase

Recently made a purchase - there was a slight hiccup with a missing product however Elyka was very helpful and quickly rectified it. My shipment came very quickly and I’ve already started using my products. I have very sensitive skin , however these products have been very calming and hasn’t caused any irritation. I’m excited to see my results. Happy customer.

Wonderful company

Wonderful company! I have now made two purchases from them and each time they have thoroughly impressed me. My first order I made a mistake with my address and my order was shipped to the wrong location. Even though it was my fault, they shipped out a second order free of charge! You simply cannot find better customer service. My second order a very lovely employee by the name of Elyka thoroughly and graciously explained the difference between products for me and could not have been more kind and understanding. She was wonderful. Now, on to the products. They are amazing! Smell wonderful, moisturizing. Evened my skin out so quickly with no irritation. Ingrown hairs? Gone. Hyperpigmentation? Gone. I’m so silky soft and glowy without a greasy feel and I smell heavenly in a subtle way. Not overpowering. They use the absolute best ingredients, none of the garbage that’s toxic and their formulas are effective. I will be a lifelong customer.

I love everything about Glo Melanin

I love everything about Glo Melanin! The best part is that their products/formulas delivers exactly what they promised. It’s rare to find that in today’s market. But the cherry on top is their customer service! They are quick to respond and there’s fair resolution. They care about their customers, especially Rio! My case with Rio was closed out with encouraging words and best wish. I thought that was so special ❤️

I really like the turmeric bar

I really like the turmeric bar, it smells great and feels nice on my face. It doesn't leave my face feeling dry afterwards and it doesn't cause any tingling or burning sensations and I have sensitive skin so I'd say I'm really happy with my purchase, thank you for what you create for the black community! <3
