Website is confusing. The initial call was rushed and less than helpful. You guys claim to be timeshare people but you're not. The whole experience was a train wreck. And you didn't rent my place. What a waste of money.

Payment for sales on properties…
Payment for sales on properties advertised is exceptional and appreciated. Communication is sometime a little slow getting to the right people and it seems like a lengthy time to get property rentals sold. That may be a common problem with a slow market? In 2024 I had 360,000 Wyndham points that weren't filled in the VIP program and I had to send them to RCI to try and use. RCI is bad because there is no return for reservations that are made months in advance.
Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. My only issue my name wasn’t on the reservation when I arrived. However the resort & koala worked it out. Our host was very responsive
Koala may be my new first choice
This was pretty easy so far. The owner host has been very gracious and went beyond to make sure our mobility issues were known by the resort and will work with us. I've owned, traded and rented timeshares for years and mostly with one company. But that companies process was cumbersome and I never felt good about the rental until I was in the unit. Frankly those feelings are coloring my feelings but I'm hopeful that koala will become my new go-to. So far I'm loving everything from booking process to user friendly site. Well done!

Oh my gosh! I forgot to cancel this particular week until it was too late, and I thought I would just leave it up for rent, and if it didn't rent, I would be out the points and wouldn't worry too much about it. Lo and behold, the week rented on Koala, and I am thrilled. Koala allows the weeks to continue to stay live on the site, and someone needed last-minute, and I had it, and Koala was the perfect venue for my listing. I am so happy with Koala and the entire Koala team.
