Evaluation of Dish employees

The installer, Brad, was very knowledgeable and efficient!! He explained how to get started using the Hopper, etc. He was very professional and kind. He was very encouraging. He was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain how to use Dish right away. Can’t say enough good things about him! The person from the office was also polite and explained my options in signing up. Thank you very much, Betty Beckman

I’ve been trying to get my rebate Visa…

I’ve been trying to get my rebate Visa card for weeks. You never gave me a code. The site said I was too early to apply and now it says I need a special code. Very very very frustrating. I hope Someone help me

Need better service.

2/4/20 receive service March 11th TV went out,no signal,I called several times we tried several ways to resolve the problem, troubleshooter with no luck,March 18th technician came out, reattach the Dish, said everything was good to go,I put my TV back up and I still have no dish service 3/20/20!

We were told one thing that our home…

We were told one thing that our home needed based on what we had with Direct Tv. At installation we were told another which caused an additional charge of $52. Then after the fact, after giving specific instructions NOT TO DRILL INTO OUR HOME, the tech did 3 times. Contacted claims, filed claim. Was given a sympathetic response and empty promises and then all communication was stopped. There is STILL a mess in my yard and open wires laying in my flowerbed. So had I known all this, I would have stayed with Direct TV. I was warned, but changed anyways. Very unhappy. VERY.
