Hey The Dish Network I’m very pleased with my service but I do have some questions why my dish box and internet doesn’t always stay connected I tend to always reset the network everyday! That’s my only issue but every thing else is great

I’ve been very happy with the deception and programming but the weather has been good. So I’ll have to wait till the rains start to fully rate you.

We are pleased with the service thus…

We are pleased with the service thus far, but the install technician did put some minor damage to my baseboard and we did discover it until later. Other than that they did a good job.

Great Installer. Sales team needs work.

The Installer, Jeremiah, was excellent. That being said, their sales team could needs work. 1st Salesperson was helpful, explained services, verified I would get $100 gift card (which hasn't arrived) and then passed me off to a "closer" who was only interested in up selling additional features including Internet service for which the price was very high and the speed was ridiculously low. I felt like I was buying a car and wouldn't be let out if the "telephonic room" until I bought all the upgrades. When I declined he speed read thru his closing speech which included God only knows what for "free" for a few months and then auto renewal at a price. Will have to check the bill when it comes. I specifically went with this company because of the pricing and gift card. Better get it or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau.

The enrollment was easy and the customer service agent was very helpful. He took the time to explain everything concerning the service agreement. The appointment time set was honored, and the installer arrived on time. He was very courteous and asked were I would prefer the dish to be installed. He explained the tv guide and cleaned up after himself. so far the service works perfectly, FYI: I am still waiting on the internet service to be installed as a part of my package.

Mostly the service has been very good. When we signed up for Dish in mid march the sign-up offer included a $200 gift via a paid Master Card. The following Monday we received an offer for a $300 paid-up Mastercard. In checking to see if we could get the $300 Mastercard we discovered we had not even received the $200 mastercard. We are quite unhappy about this

I’m very disappointed that I didn’t get my $100gift card like I was suppose to when I signed up to get dish.. Now my cable is off and I think I deserve to get at least a $200 gift card for the hassle

I ordered DISH....ONLY NOT SALESMAN

I ordered DISH..... but felt like I was pressured to order useless equipment such as 2 POLK SOUND BARS, Internet extender, 2 OUTDOOR CAMERAS, and a nest monitor... and they were still trying to sale me other equipment and I had to just refuse or they would not stopped. My equipment stopped working only days after they left. I called to get it returned and I have no way of printing off a shipping label with the CORONAVIRUS out I will NOT leave my home . So I’m stuck with equipment I don’t want it. Any use!!!! This equipment should have been PICKED back up by the installers when I called.... NOT HAPPY!!!!

Still waiting

Still waiting, 3 weeks later, to have the satellite mounted. It is currently sitting on the ground in a temporary mount. Wouldn't be a problem but I was advised it would be "a few days." When I called about this issue I was told I needed to handle it myself, by contacting the call before you dig number. Sorry but I don't feel like that's my responsibility.

I don't think my sales person explained…

I don't think my sales person explained what I was getting! I told him I wanted both the TV and Internet service 3 times so I could take advantage of the $100.00 for the TV and the $100.00 for the internet. He gave me the impression that I was getting both. As it turns out I only got the TV package. I feel like I lost out on the $100.00 for the Internet. I feel like he was more interested in the sale than taking care of me.. Bill Berkey
