We do not donate to causes, and you should not expect strangers to donate to your campaign. Crowdfunding is about sharing your campaign with your crowd - friends, family and extended networks. Once a campaign gains momentum, then there's a chance of getting donations from people outside of your network. To help set realistic expectations, we advise our users of this during the campaign creation process. I think Gogetfunding are good then it comes to costumer service. And meny things else. But I'm worry that I had contact them in instagram sens 3 mounth about setting my campaign in instagram. But nothing had happening yet. I wander. If there is a surten garanty to get the campaign out there so I will be able to let my campain be visible and hope someone realt care wile I surviving a foolish inflashion we dealing with wile global corporation taking over the world and cross us to dust.

Be careful even though they are saying that they charge "4% site fee", they also charge "2.9% + 0.30c transaction fee" which is not written anywhere until you want to draw the money, (UPDATE: actually it was said to me after that it is written under FAQ -> Creating a Fundraiser > What fees do you charge... As you can see i cannot even link you the part, which is a bad practice and IMHO they are doing this on purpose... Because for example if you go to FAQ -> GoGetFunding basics -> What makes GoGetFunding different? and compare GoGetFunding with any other platform before mentioned fee of 2.9 + 0.3 cents is never mentioned Other then that everything is ok, and also i dont have an issue with company making a profit but to be fully transparent they should add one more row in to comparison table with other platforms that says transaction fee... And make this "more clear" and not hide it in faq under "unlikable" content... --- I have updated the review and grade based on their new answer from customer support, but i still think they have misleading tactics...

Before proceeding to step 2, you are required to check our checkbox which states: "I agree to the GoGetFunding terms, privacy policy, and industry low fees" Clicking/hovering over the highlighted word 'fees' brings up details of all fees. They won't release my funds. I got this email hanks for getting back to us! To get the Biometric Signature Security Settings completed to activate your account to receive the donation. You are required to go to the nearest store near you to get an Apple ITunes Gift Card of $50! Once you have gotten the gift card, take a picture of the gift card to reveal the code on it as the card redeem code serves as an essential tool in facilitating the Biometric Signature Security Settings.
