I just don’t like not being called back after I had left three messages at different times different days. I also don’t like being told my drs are in the network and I look over benefit summary and find out my drs are not in network. I don’t want no more phone calls from go health. Thank you.

My name is Kathy and I called today with questions about Medicare Insurance Plans for my husband. I spoke to Holden Barlow. Within 15 minutes he was able to answer all my questions about plans for my husband, myself and my disabled son!!! I am usually on hold for twice that long !! Not enough money to buy groceries like before I would get $175 to for OTC or groceries and now you're only getting $50 for groceries and $75 for OTC that's ridiculous
