Third time's a charm

I recently completed my third transaction, a silver IRA purchase, with Goldco. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. The metals industry is exceptionally busy during this season...and also this specific period in time...which would attest to the seemingly extended completion range for individual transactions. My last (pending) transaction will be completed, at the earliest, by the end of this year and I am not concerned with it not going smoothly. There are the holidays to enjoy!

Extremely Distressed

I invested $150,961.65 with Goldco, yet my custodian Equity Trust somehow states that these assets are only valued at $83,479.45, meaning that over $82,000 in value disappeared immediately after purchase. How can that be? When I reached out to my account rep Kevin to clarify and get the value of my assets I was told that he can't give me the prices and sent me the transaction agreement stating that I'm required to hold the assets for three years, and that even then, after that period of time, they will charge me a spread of anywhere from 0% up to 29%?? I am a widow and currently experiencing a serious financial hardship due to collapsing ceilings and other sections in my residence requiring immediate repair, yet even though I just purchased these assets a month ago and gold and silver have both increased since then they won't even agree to just refunding me my money and taking back the assets. Based on my experience DO NOT BUY from Goldco. Clearly there is something amiss with whatever they are selling. I don't know what I'm going to do. I've basically lost $82,000 and they can't explain why.

We recently moved each of our IRA and…

We recently moved each of our IRA and ROTH accounts to Goldco which makes for four transactions in total. We had a few issues because of my wife's medical condition and needing to get her POA's all straitened out, with that accomplished we proceeded to open her accounts. Now I got mine opened first without a problem, but my wife with needing to get the POA's took a wile, but after that we got her accounts opened also. Goldco's team work, professionalism and patience were very helpful in getting all this done. Thank you.
