Seamless selling process with great communication throughout. They were incredibly fair in their offer and I was happy to accept it. They are very honest people as well. I sent a bunch of gold in that I thought was all 14K but they told me that I had an 18k gold bracelet mixed in, which is worth 28% more. Most gold buyers would not be so honest and they would just let me assume it was all 14k. They clearly inspect everything in great detail and provide complete transparency. I do trust this Guy.... I am glad he was determined to find out what kind of stones I had and yes they're Lab Grown. I enjoyed the service I got there and really appreciate what he did for me. I recommend this Guy over some shady figures. He does follow the standards of a professional jeweler whereas some cannot set their selves professionally and talk in circles and then get easily upset. Atleast , Michael Knows how to read better than most I give him that. He sure is educated man.

This was a fast and easy process. They shipped me a package to submit my jewelry I was looking to sell. The instructions were clear and it was easy to submit my list of items and FedEx it back to them. They processed the items the same day the received them back at their facility and I had an offer in my email. Once I accepted the offer, I was issued payment via paypal within 5 days. They mailed back my items they did not want to purchase and gems removed from some of the rings they did take. The offer was much more than I expected. I would highly recommend
