I don’t like that you don’t have more options to buy a smaller package of caps for my 16oz bottles even though I can purchase a smaller pack of bottles. The quantities should match. This forces me to purchase caps with a different company. My order was delayed with my recent purchase which caused me to turn my customers away. The bottles were out of stock. I signed up to receive an email when they were available. I got the email and placed the order, just for you all to email me back saying they were out of stock and at that point you all had already deducted the money from my account. If I run into this issue again I will not order from here anymore. I like the bottles but I can’t afford the delays.
Hello, Thank you for the feedback and for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you had this experience with your bottle order. Recent high demands of juice bottles has left us gearing up in order to avoid back orders as best as possible moving forward. Unfortunately, we are unable to break down the cases of bottle caps into smaller quantities. We have tried to do this in the past, however, they are no longer considered food safe if we are to open the cases and break them down ourselves. One good thing about the very large case is that it is $80 for 2500 caps, putting each cap at a very low price point of just $0.03! Hopefully in the future this can be helpful to your business, in the meantime, I do apologize for any inconvenience. We ordered 16 oz square bottles with black tamper evident caps and they are great for salad dressing. Shipping was fast both times and prices are good.

The generated shipping cost is quoted by our shipping partners, and factors in the dimensions of the box that is needed (depending on the enclosed products) as well as the distance to the delivery location.
