Bike is great perfoema well. But I have issues with scratches on frame and on rear bike rack. Also a screw was missing on the strap that holds monitor screen on handle bars, and screw for the light and fender attachment was stripped.

I have ordered two inner tubes for the Apex PRO Commuting Electric Scooter and both have been faulty. I even ordered an additional tire seeing if that was the issue on the first one. Neither inflated . Also checked to see if any holes were on the inner tube. They both was in perfect.

They don't allow refunds or returns on part even if you buy the wrong one and message minutes later. They hide that policy in a little box you have to click just to read what it contains. I will never buy anything from them again.

Although it took roughly 10 months to get my situation resolved as well as having to get the Connecticut Attorney General's department involved, once the right Gotrax staff members got involved (Sunny, Longman, and Elena), my issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
