We bought a Gozney Dome (dual gas & wood) back in 2023 and were really excited about it. Shortly after purchase the ignitor stopped working. We reached out to support and they sent us a dozen or so troubleshooting methods. We spent hours on these methods and nothing worked. Finally have months of back and forth they offered us a new machine at a discounted rate for the trouble. The same exact issue happened with that machine and we have now again been in months of back and forth to get it fixed. This is a machine we use regularly, store with the gozney cover on it and under a protected canopy. It is on a gozney stand and it well taken care of. Really terrible machines, with a huge expense and a team not willing to replace products when they dont work. Super disappointed in this brand and their products.

I purchased the Arc Lite and I am really pleased with it. I had an ooni before but this oven is much better, the oven produces very good pizza and they are very quick to cook as well. It even works on windy days which the ooni struggled with (kept going out).
A bit more expensive than other brands but feel it’s way better at cooking pizza’s that actually look like the ones you get in a restaurant. I manage fine without the temp gauge.

Almost everything about the buying experience was outstanding. The only minor glitch that occurred was when I placed the order, the acknowledgement email said that the product I ordered was on a 4-week lead time, meaning that I would not receive it by the date I needed it. So, I phoned customer service to try and cancel it. The very helpful person said that the product WAS in stock, that it was a mistake by the web team to issue this incorrect notification, and that the product would be shipped the next day which successfully happened.

Gozney products are made with the durability of a professional craftsman who takes pride in his work. There are no rough edges or misaligned corners. Everything is precision designed and executed.
The contact I had with customer service was prompt, courteous and thorough. I never felt like I was asking a stupid question. Because the Gozney ovens come with so much support (video, phone with a live person) I believe that every home should invest in a Gozney pizza oven. They should be an integral part of the kitchen or outdoor BBQ station as is a mixer or blender.

No complaints. Your videos explaining each model were great. The support with recipies and demonstrations with live people help alot. I purchased a Dome gen2. It was actually larger than I expected especially after I mounted it to the stand. Not sure why I have to purchase the wood holder. Feel that should have been included. I give high marks for your support. I do have one piece I can't find a place for. I will call for advise. Looking forward to using it!

I received my Gozney Dome oven in March 2022. It is a high quality, beautiful oven. I have the dual fuel model along with the stand. I have baked many pizzas, steaks, cedar planked salmon, and vegetables. Recently I was not able to achieve the temperature for a proper pizza cook. I noticed a crack in the stone. I contacted customer service since I had the 5 year warranty. Gozney was quick to respond and is going to send me a stone replacement kit. Gozney stands by their products and my customer service experience has been outstanding

I Finally got round to getting a Gozney.amazing bit of kit i love it. There was an issue with a delayed delivery but the customer service team especially Paula went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Highly recommend the arc. Excellent service and an amazing pizza oven
I ordered the Gozney Dome Gen 2 XL. Unfortunately, the gas hose and regulator were missing from the box when it arrived. After a brief email exchange with customer support, the issue was resolved quickly and the missing parts were sent out without any hassle.
At the same time, I also ordered the wood-fired kit, which was delivered promptly.
The oven itself is absolutely fantastic. Since then, we’ve hosted one pizza party after another, and every one has been a great success. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and consistently bakes delicious pizzas with perfectly crisp crusts. I’m extremely happy with both the customer service and the quality of the product. Highly recommended!

First let me say the reduction in stars from my last review does not relate to the quality and performance of the Arc's 5 star review.
It merely relates to Gosney's response.
It would have been nice to have referred my comments to the relevant team first and then replied with some answers.
Does the soot deposit appear on all models?
Am I doing something wrong?
Is it a design fault, should there be a chimney?
Can I do anything to prevent it?
With regard to the short gas hose. I appreciate the reason for limiting the the length of hose but....
If there is a place for the gas canister on the Gosney stand and the manual says 'do not position canister under oven', where does the short hose allow the canister to be conveniently positioned?
