Picked up a couple of things from Ethical Clothing Company recently. Customer service got back to me within a day when I had a question. One small item was slightly different from the photo, though still fine. I'd happily use them again.

Their color options on the website are completely different from real life. Royal blue is a very distinct color known pretty much universally, yet theirs is like a cadet blue. Of course, I can’t return my custom hood, so I’m stuck with an oddly-colored hood that I can’t use, which I paid extra for to get the royal blue velvet. Just know that the colors you see online are not just a little off as is to be expected; they’re completely different from what you’ll get.
I didn’t receive my package and you guys decided that there’s nothing you can do about it. So i’m missing out on my package and money. Thanks a lot!
