Living in Hawaii, most suppliers either refuse to ship or charge huge fees—even Amazon takes 10 days. This seller treated me like a mainland customer with no shipping surcharge. Highly recommended.

The quality of the glass cover for my ceiling fixture was much better than the ones available at Lowe’s. It was packaged very well to prevent shipping damage.

Hi David I am sorry that you do not understand how lamp thread is measured, and you ordered incorrect item. I looked into your request and the email you sent. The customer support representative informed you that ordered the incorrect item and sent back a recommendation for an item that you can consider. I am unsure what was not helpful? Here was the reply to your email - The item you ordered has thread diameters of 3/4 inch (1/2ips) x 5/8 inch (3/8ips) If you meant to order 1/2 inch diameter x 3/8 inch diameter, you require 1/4ips x 1/8ips - https://grandbrass.com/1-4ips-x-1-8ips-female-open-cast-iron-hickey/ Here is how lamp thread is measured - https://grandbrass.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203607534-Thread-Size-Chart Hickeys - https://grandbrass.com/hickeys/
the items were shipped to small for a wire to fit thru

Purchase process was easy and product delivered on time and as requested. This is a repeat purchase of a lamp switch, and my only comment is that the switches do not last too long.

The floor lamp rewire kit I ordered had all the parts I needed, and I was able to get my Grandmother's lamp back in working order, and a low cost. This was my first electrical DIY, and I am encouraged to try another!
