Please be more explicit when describing the acrylic globes. I didn’t realize they had very visible seams and after receiving them, I contacted the company. I wasn’t asking to return them but thought they should mention it in the description. They sent me a photo from the web site. The only way you could see it is by blowing the photo up. It felt dismissive. The response was more disappointing than the product.

I ordered a keyless socket in error. Sent an email to cancel the order as I ordered a correct keyed socket. Cancellation was confirmed. When order arrived, it was the keyless socket which was cancelled and not the keyed socket. I just made do and made it work rather than the hassle of returning or explaining the error.

Once I figured out that CA (Newscum) wouldn’t allow you to ship here and I provided an address outside of Crapafornia everything went fine. The products were exactly what I needed.
