Excellent quality, fast shipping, and great service!

I recently ordered brass finials from Grand Brass Lamp Parts to update several older lamps in our condo complex, and the experience was flawless. Great company with aweseome customer…

Great company with aweseome customer service. Responded witin minutes to my email. Would do business again in a heartbeat. The product came in perfect cndition and it was nearly what I needed. Old chandelier and current day sizing has changed making it impossible to have the perfect fit nowadays. This is as close as it would get currently.

Delivery delayed but item ordered perfect

I found that my order took much longer to arrive and that trying to get any update on when my parcel would arrive did not go as instructed. Lack of tracking gave way to “I think I may have been scammed”. Fortunately, my package arrived and in excellent shape and aside from poor communication on my order; the product itself was good quality and I will say I was very pleased once it arrived.

The postal service that you selected at checkout takes some time when shipping internationally, After viewing the tacking information from the postal service there were 19 updates on your order before being delivered.  It did take 11 days to receive your international order from shipment to delivery.  Tracking information should have been sent to you 3 times after shipment.  One time from our web host, one time from our shipping software, and  one time with your official invoice. I am not sure why you did not receive any of the emails.
