Good service

Good service. There was a minor miss in the number of parts but they were good to make it right. Return of a different item went smoothly, I did have to pay return shipping. Read descriptions (item photo had wrong measurements). Overall, good customer service.

My Go-To Place for Lamp Parts

As always, Grand Brass fills my orders quickly and everything is packed well for shipping. I like that they use UPS for their shipping carrier as well. Most of all, their prices are still good and the quality is good. I see a lot of sellers on EBay selling lamp parts at outrageous prices, even for old used junk and I can't believe that anyone would buy from those sellers when they can come to Grand Brass instead at a fraction of the price. I don't order in bulk as I just do this as a hobby, but no matter how small my order, Grand Brass fills it perfectly.

New socket for older halogen desk lamp

A halogen desk lamp I've had for over twenty years sits on the island in my kitchen. I use the lamp for reading and for quick-fixes for small household items. The socket became unreliable and new bulbs constantly flickered. I found replacement, two-pin sockets at Grand Brass. I bought three and they came through the USPS very quickly. Best thing - the new one fixed the problem - no flicker -right part - great service!

Everything was packed very well

Ordered delicate bulbs and some heavy parts - a potentially bad scenario for shipping. The large box arrived with some shipping damage, but bulbs and all other items were in good condition. They had packed and protected everything VERY well! This was my second order with Grand Brass, and I am very pleased. I will not look anywhere else!

Crooked business

Crooked business. Do not trust promises for refund. I received a defective $75 shade. With shipping-$115. Plus $35 out of pocket shipping back by USPS . The total is $150 loss, just to get rejection email.

There is nothing crooked about the fact that the item that you were returning was not packaged properly by you and arrived to us broken. We have not been in business for over 110 years by being crooked. You can make a shipping claim at the postal service for the item that arrived damaged. Take responsibility for yourself and stop blaming others.
