It’s real simple; received meat in a timely manner. Packed properly. Two packages of (already consumed) shish kebab meat. Not sure how many pieces of shish kebab per package. All melted in my mouth except for two pieces, hence four stars instead of five stars.

The meat quality is excellent
The meat quality is excellent along with a fantastic taste. They really are juicy and delicious. Always a fast delivery. The dry ice rarely completely evaporates. The one time it did the meat was still rock solid. I trust their claims regarding how they handle the cattle. They offer a great selection of choice of cuts. Any criticism to offer has to do with how often certain cuts are out of a stock. I wish they offered a ready made sugar free chopped liver product. They have discounts but the meats are expensive. I wish they were more affordable.
