Customer Service the Absolute Best

I am a long-time customer of US Wellness Meats. Quality, shipping, and customer service are all the absolute best. I recently made an order, which was mostly raw meat for our dog. That very night, we realized it was time to put our dog down. I sent a quick email as soon as we knew the change in our circumstances. I called in early Monday morning to cancel the order. It had already been packed and about ready for FedEx, but Chris in Customer Service went above and beyond and took care of me. US Wellness Meats is truly one of the best companies out there. Thank you all, again!

I LOVE US Wellness Meats! I’m hooked because of the healthy beef and chicken options for my golden retrieves! We make home made dog food using the regenerative pastured meats, and a bunch of veggies, and what a difference in one month, and now six months. Happier, more energetic, silky coats too. Looking forward to exploring more for my wife and I. Our freezer is full at the moment!

Although I have not eaten all of the meats ordered so far, I DID try the liverwurst, WOW! Way better than I expected---wonderful texture, mild enough "liver taste" to be enjoyed by children. I ate mine on a cassava flour tortilla topped with local kimchi and YUM (as well as paleo-healthy). Looking forward to sampling the bison burgers next . . . thanks Wellness Meats.
